Herbal Soup Mix Standard Cooking Guide

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Herbal Soup Mix (serving size for 3-4 people)
  • Water (enough to cover the ingredients in the pot)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: Protein of choice (chicken, tofu, beef, lamb, etc.)
  • Optional: Vegetables of choice (carrots, mushrooms, corn, cauliflower, potatoes, broccoli etc.)


Instructions:


1. Prepare Your Ingredients: If using protein or vegetables, wash and chop as desired.


2. Boil Water: Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the ingredients. Place it on the stove over medium-high heat and bring it to a boil.


3. Add Herbal Soup Mix: Once the water is boiling, carefully open the packet of Herbal Soup Mix, wash them clean and add it to the pot. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.


4. Optional: Add Protein and Vegetables: If desired, add protein and vegetables to the pot.


5. Season with Salt: Since the Herbal Soup Mix does not contain seasoning, it's essential to add salt to taste to enhance the flavors. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed.


6. Reduce Heat and Simmer: Reduce the heat to low to maintain a gentle simmer. Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup cook for about 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld together.


7. Check for Doneness: After 1 hour, check the soup to ensure the ingredients are cooked to your liking.


8. Serve and Enjoy: Once the soup is ready, ladle it into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy your comforting and nourishing herbal soup!
